COLORS: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.

Conde de Cuba Añejo is an outstanding rum with a unique and rather complex system of maturation using a large number of casks and fractional blending. This system is called solera and it is used in the production of all types of Cuban rums.

Around 1700, Spanish ships arrived to the new continent loaded with products from the Iberian Peninsula. Among them were barrels filled with raisin wine, which were unloaded in the ports of New Spain. So as not to be sent back empty, those barrels – still bearing traces of the wine they had contained – were filled with chinguirito rum cane liqueur, a product made in Mexico.

COLOR: Dark Brown with reddish flashes.

NOSE: The initial aroma is sweet with highly intense notes of nuts, raisins and plums.

FINISH: Silky on the palate with a touch of caramel, raisins, walnut wood and notes of chocolate and coffee.

This rum is the result of a pursuit for perfection. To make it, finest cane liquor is aged in a solera system with 15 American oak barrels previously used for raisin wine. Aging in barrels that have been toasted in a traditional way gives this rum the dry tones and pleasant aromas that evoke once forbidden flavors. Ron Prohibido 15 embodies the glorious past of an ancient rum and the present of a world- class drink.

COLOR: Ocher- toned with bright hues and subdued reddish flashes.

NOSE: Aromatic notes of wood, pepper, nuts, chocolate, carne, vanilla, mint, coffee, almonds, walnut, oak, cinnamon, caramel and honey.

FINISH: Nuts, wood, vanilla caramel, chocolate, molasses, cane juice, oak, anise and smoky toasted notes.

Ron Prohibido Blanco is a Mexican premium rum produced from sugar cane selected from special vines and using a slow fermentation process. A distinctive triple distillation performed in copper stills and requiring at least six months of aging produces a wide range of delicious flavors and aromas.

NOSE: Sweet aroma of cane, light citrus notes of orange and lemon with a touch of fruity aromas.
