NOSE: Herbal, agave.
PALATE: Notes of cooked agave along with an evolved sweetness, a full body and a long, gently lingering aftertaste.

For the image of the Mezcal Cochinilla, the figure outlines the divine process (figure of the Sun / the eye that watches everything) of the cochineal grana within the Mexican cacti (nopal) thanks to the human hands intervention (pyramidal basis).
COLOR: Pink and slightly red with bright hues.
NOSE: Smooth and gentle fresh gave aroma.
PALATE: Mineral and soft agave flavors, semi- dry and long finish.

Mezcal Espanta Espíritus was born, a spirit with enormous traditions and mythologic meaning from our ancient Mexico. Young mezcal is made of 100% agave Crassipina (Salmiana) with its own designation of origin (San Luis Potosí state) and a Doubble distillation process in Copper Pot Stills, which provide the category of a Mezcal Artisanal.
COLOR: Silver with bright nuances.
NOSE: Cooked Agave and smoked notes, accents of fresh herbs, and citrus notes such as clove and black pepper.
FINISH: Accent flavor of cooked agave, smoked and sweet sensation, combined with the freshness of green apples.
