Blended Whisky made it through an artisanal process that
traces its origins from Hokkaido Prefecture and Nagano
Prefecture and then is blended and aging for 3 years in
American oak barrels at a Mountain Farm distillery in Japan, which means “Pure River” located between Tokyo in the east and the
breathtaking surroundings of mount Tanzawa in the west.

COLOR: Luminous and delicate golden-amber.

NOSE: Notes of cut flowers and fresh fruits, spices and light barrel notes.

PALATE: Fruity and full-bodied, it connotes flavors of winter spices and light hints of caramel and vanilla, as well as a round fruit perception.

FINISH: Long and decadent with notes of chocolate slightly spicy with orange zest.

The flavours of this whisky honours its small distillery’s tradition of simple craftsmanship. The hand-picked grain matures in first fill bourbon barrels and is brought to life with clear mountain water. It ages with the seasons of the countryside, keeping time with the changes of the land.

A Blended Whisky that is made following an artisanal process and using a magnificent combination of whikys from the Miyagi and Nagano prefectures. These spirits are later mixed and aged in American oak casks in the village of a Mountain Farm distillery in Japan, a name meaning “pure river”, which is located between east Tokyo and the impressive area around Mount Tanzawa to the west.

NOSE: Notes of flowers and fresh fruits, spices and light notes of cask.

PALATE: Fruity and full-bodied, featuring winter spice flavours combined with light hints of caramel and vanilla.

We achieved to produce a Pure Malt Whisky that is made with the crystalline and pure water from a Mountain Farm distillery in Japan, that in combination with a methodical, tradicional and high quality process, we obtain this whiskey that pay homage to the tradition of seeking perfection, so engrained in the samurai culture.

Our distillery is located in the northern portion of the Nagano Prefecture. Our distillery sits on the edge of a small village, fed by snowmelt and fertile land. The area is known for its severe winters and hot continental summers, an exceptional condition for our barrelhouse.

PALATE: Exceptionally smooth with a rich caramel and vanilla.

The stage of prohibition of selling alcoholic beverages, was in force in between January t 17, 1920 and December 6, 1933 in the United States of America. It was established by the 18th Amendment to the United States Constitution and repealed by the 21st Amendment.

Appereance: Straw yellow color with golden tones and coppery sparkles. Medium to full bodied and bright undertone. bright hue.

Nose: Barley, fruits, nuts, yellow apple, vanilla, oak.

Taster: Special malt, Barley, yellow apple, vanilla, oak, pineapple, walnut, almond, hops, clove, vanilla, chocolate, banana, woody notes, orange blossom, cherry, smoked, nuts, honey and smoky finish.
