Tequila Corralejo
Estate tequila from the birthplace of Miguel Hidalgo.
Tequila Corralejo is made at Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato, from 100% Blue Weber agave grown and hand-harvested on the estate's own fields. Agave is cooked in stone clay ovens and double distilled using the 400-year-old Charentais method, then rested in American, French Limousin and Mexican oak. The range runs from the fresh, peppery Silver to the crown-shaped Gran Corralejo, and includes a special-release trilogy that tells the story of Mexican independence.
