Mezcal from the sacred Salmiana agave of San Luis Potosí.
San Luis Potosí is rich in maguey, including the Salmiana variety, an endemic species once held sacred, with a privileged place in ritual, mythology and the local economy. It grows at 1,700 meters above sea level and gives Espanta Espíritus its cooked-agave, smoky and herbal signature.
